2009 Toyota Camry brakes and rims hot

when I was driving my car, sometimes I can hear noisy from the front right brake. and when I drove my about 20km, I touched the front right rim and left rear rim, the two rims sometime hot sometimes not hot.

Brakes created heat. However, it shouldn't be excessive on the rim. Have you checked to see if one of the brakes is sticking?
