I was told by the Service Department at my local Toyota dealer that an alignment on this car was not necessary, and I can't find anything in the owner's manual about alignments. This morning I had the car serviced at a NTB store, and they told me that all four tires needed to be aligned. Does Toyota's need to be aligned, and if so how often? Thanks.

You must have correct steering and wheel alignment, otherwise the car will be heavy in the steering and premature tyre wear will be noticed, go visit a national brand tyre outlet and get the alignment rectified, an alignment every year is a good safe guard against poor tyre life.
