heavy electric power steering?

l am suffering heavy electric power steering.. 2 hrs behind the wheel and my shoulders are killing me. Suzuki service ran the computer diagnostic and it came up 100% aok. Of course ai have checked tyre pressure.
please advise.

I suspect what they did was check for codes and there were none? If that is the case, then we have an issue with the pump building pressure.

You mentioned that this is an electronic power steering pump. We show this as a belt driven pump.

If this is not correct, then you simply need to check power and ground going to the pump and if that is correct then you replace the pump.
