Problem with tires

Please help... relative tried to pump in that green slime stuff to try and stop a slow leak in our 2009 Subaru Tribeca tire. Tire wouldn't accept the slime, and now can't put air in the tire either. Please help with problem and solutions.

you need a shop to remove the valve stem, get rid of that crap and repair the tire correctly.
