Brake warning light

I have a 2009 saturn vue the brake warning light is on and the chime wont go off?

This usually mean the brake fluid level is low which means I would check the front brake because the fluid goes into the calipers when the pads are worn down Here is a guide to help you replace the pads and rotor.
