Overheating, fans come on, radiator feels cool and hose back to thermostat feels cool but other side of radiator hose is hot but not too hot to touch. Water pump was replaced two weeks ago seem ok for a week then same thing. Replaced thermostat seemed ok for a couple of days and today temperature gauge went hot again but radiator and hose to thermostat cool to the touch.

What is the engine temp in degrees F, when it overheats? Maybe there is air in the system because of work you've done? Maybe temp sending unit has a problem?
