2009 Pontiac Torrent front light

The dash reads hood open and it isn't, we opened it and shut it several times, the headlights won't work and the front blinkers won't work and the horn won't work. Also the remote start won't work. The back lights, back-up lights and blinkers work. The dash lights work and so does the radio and heater
