my windscreen wash wont work on peugeot 308

if you operate it with hood open, do you hear washer motor running (engine off key on) if true trace hoses for breaks/leaks if none take a pin or wire and try to clean exit nozzles.

also blow through hoses with compressed air to clear blockages
