I have a 2009 nissan altima thats overheating. When im on the freeway at high speeds it's fine, but when im at lower speeds the temp starts to rise, could it be a fuse, radiator, or radiator hose?"

Check if the radiator fan is turning on. It's not needed at highway speeds when normal air flow cools that radiator.

Some higher temps would be normal because the fans are programmed to come on at higher temps than it operates at normally but it should not go into the red.
