Knocking in passenger side tire when I hit a bump.

For the past couple of days, I've noticed that when I hit a speed bump or pothole, my passenger side front tire knocks. Like metal on metal type of knocking. I've looked at it and don't see anything out of the ordinary. But then again, I'm not a mechanic.

Time for an inspection at a tire and alignment shop. The most common causes are broken anti-sway bar links and loose brake pads. Neither of those are particularly serious but there are other things they will inspect to locate worn parts before they cause problems.

If a brake pad is rattling, it will stop if you hold very light pressure on the brake pedal.

Depends on what the source of the noise is. You've already driven it a few days without a problem. The items I mentioned do not require immediate attention but since I can't inspect it over a computer, there's always a chance it could be something more serious. If it was a Ford product, I'd say get it to a shop right now. They have way more than their share of steering and suspension parts that separate and cause a crash. Jeeps don't have that many problems, especially at the mileage you listed.
