Why am I getting heat out of all the inside vents when the heat switch is in the off position. Thermostat also in the full cool position. Getting heat whereever the selector

Check the switch that is located on the firewall where coolant is allowed in and out of the cabin. Get a helper and have them move the switch from cold to hot and see if the valve moves or it is stuck.
