Car stalls as soon as it starts

I have a 2009 Infiniti ex 35 that has 3 times in the past week stop running as soon as it turns over. The brake pedal and start button are still being depressed while this happens

I would have a shop check the proximity key for a fault. you will require a scan tool for this check and any other related to this operation.
