2009 Hyundai Tuscon Hearing Scratch Screech Sound Turning Steering Right

i am hearing a scratch/screech sound when turning my steering to the right at all. no sound when stationary, its only when im moving. also there is no sound when turn left. and if the sound is occuring it goes away whilst im braking then returns when stop braking. checked steering fluid and ok.

Sounds as if it may be a pump off loader valve, best to get a mechanic to listen to this one first.
