Difficulty in refueling are caused by faults with the EVAP system. Are there any trouble codes?

Did the $450 solve the headlight problem?

If they had made a diagnosis and did not rectify the problem, why were they uncooperative. You have the rights to demand your money back since they did not solve the problem for you.

Is your vehicle equipped with autolamps or daytime running lights?
Are lights staying on in low or high beams?
Does flipping the dimmer switch makes any difference?

Trouble codes are if any are related to the Body Control Module and normal code readers would not work. Did you use appropriate scan tool to check?
