I unplugged the wiring harness below the headlight switch and plugged it back in, the fuses are good but the headlights do not work.

Check the black wires to all the low beam and high blubs make sure there is less then 2 oms to ground on those wires.Let me know what you find.

I found the problem. A very small black wire in the ignition harness was broke in two. Thank you.
