2009 Ford Taurus Cooking oil in gas tank

Cooking oil in gas tank. I have not started the car or turned the key. I was told I can't do a flush because I have a stand alone fuel system & it will mess up my sensor & fuel regulation system. What is the cheapest way to fix this ?

how much oil in tank? fill with gas and drive it then change fuel filter after about 200 miles or a tankful
