2009 Ford Ranger Wipers Along Washer Will Come On By Themselves Replaced

I have a 2009 Ford Ranger and the wipers along with the washer will come on by themselves. I replaced the Multifunction switch and still have the same problem any ideas?

disconnect the switch and see if it continues
