Strong wheezing noise comes from under the bonnet when turn the steering wheel on either side , or when accelerated over 2000rpm. It started suddenly and it got worse within minutes and after 15mins of driving the steering is also a bit stiff

and you will need to take it to be checked out. You may have to pay check out time but at least you will know what the problem is. It may be in the power steering the pump may be bad.
