car wont start

The vehicle use to start alright until we change the thermostat.Afterward this no start problem started, it is a diesel car which uses 2batteries but 12volts but the 2batteries with one as a helper.We have change the batteries,starter solenoid works alright,glow plugs all test normal,fuel delivery is normal and all fuses test alright.but lastly it is an automatic transmission.

Could be air in the system try bleeding it and see what happens
