Ford F-250 Starter Problem

I have a F 250. It was in an accident and now it will not start. I jumped the starter with the key on and still nothing. Is there a fuel pump safety switch that will not let it start ? Any other ideas to why it will not turn over or start?

-Sounds like the starter motor is a goner-Have you tried thru the starter relay
