hi one ford vehicle diesel had dtc of egr valve insufficent flow.i replaced egr valve and egr solnoid.i inspect all vaccume hose found good .but still check engine light is on.after 30 to 40 km drive.same dtc.please halp.

with the valve off, see if there is vacuum to one side and exhaust to the other. usually, the passages get plugged up with carbon, not needing to replace any parts but cleaning out the passages.
