The heater/AC vent blower speed control does not blow on the 1, 2, 3 speed but blows at 4 speed. What can I do to fix this? Is this just a fuse that is blown and easily fixed of do I have to change out the control, and if so do I have to take the console out to access the control. If so, how do I get the console off?
