click sound from belt tensioner

i have a click sound from the two adherant ring of belt tensioner of my hybrid escape(i think called brackets) the area inside red circle on above image.this happen every time on tuning on AC and sometimes (not always)on acceleration ,is this normal?no erorr os screen and same car performance.thanx
