Hi whEn I try to turn my car on it won't start. I turn the key and it clicks once. The lights on dash work. Lights turn on. Radio turns on. So I know it's not the batterie. Can it be the starter even though it is not over 100000? Please help

What happens at 100,000 miles?

The clue is in what that click sounds like. The starter relay makes a very light click that you probably won't hear inside the vehicle but you will under the hood. The solenoid built into the starter will make a pretty loud clunk. If it makes a single clunk each time you turn the ignition switch to "crank", the solenoid can have arced or pitted contacts or one of the larger battery cables can have a bad connection. With bad contacts in the solenoid, it will work eventually if you try it enough times. That will get progressively worse over the next weeks or months.

A NOISE AND LIGHTS IS NOT A "REAL" BATTERY TEST....A BATTERY NEEDS A MORE IN DEPTH TEST THAN THAT........SNATCH IT OUT AND HAVE A POPULAR PARTS STORE TEST IT THOROUGHLY....NORMALLY THEY WILL DO THIS FOR FREE!!!!

OTHER THAN THAT.....LIKE THE 1ST FELLER TOLD YOU, IT COULD BE POSSIBLY OTHER STUFF TOO, LIKE A BAD STARTER...ETC

BUT PROBABLY THE MOST COMMON AND IGNORED THINGS ARE "THE BATTERY" AN A "BAD CONNECTION"

BELOW IS A LINK TO ONE OF MY AWESOME ANSWERS THAT MAY HELP YOU "ATTACK" A BAD CONNECTION MORE AGGRESSIVELY....I MADE A FEW PICS AT THE END
