2009 Dodge Journey Vehicle 3 5 Lt Rt Engine Really Bad Miss On 5th Cylinder

The vehicle is a 3.5 LT RT. The engine has a really bad miss on the 5th cylinder, I have replaced the plugs, EGR valve, and the ignition coil and still have the same problem. What else should I check?

Make sure the fuel injector is getting power and operating properly, the plug is producing a good hot blue snapping spark, and if that is all good, check compression in that cylinder.
