instructions for replacing taillight on passenger side - rock broke it

The passenger side tail-light on my girlfriend's 2009 Charger is broken. Received the new light yesterday with no instructions. Can I replace, or is it beyond a normal persons ability?

Come in from trunk pull covering off tail light area. Then remove the Three wing nuts remover assembly
