ABS light is on?

My 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan are having the ABS light, traction control light and EPS /BAS. Light are on and off . Is it safe to drive even those lights are on? Thanks a lot.

If the lights are on the abs trac systems are disabled. Its safe to drive but your abs and trac system will not be working
