start up

hi, few days before i have start up problem, so i boost my battery by using another car battery and it starts, and suddenly now it is not at all starting even when i boost, so i give to repair, and they change my battery but now my car mechanic is telling me that your antitheft software is on and its not allowing to start the car, he is blaming that remote starter is the problem for antitheft software on. and all screw up. and i talk to remote satrter guy he told me that its not remote satrtup problem, i have chev. cobalt 2009. can u please guide me

If the security light is staying on when you try to start it, then the security system is shutting the vehicle down. It could be the remote start or another issue. What you need to do is have the vehicle taken to a dealership and have them scan the anti theft system. They are the only ones with the proper test equipment.
