2009 Chevrolet Cobalt Ignition interlock

While driving on the fwy at 80mph a light came on that said engine reduce power then traction loght and check engine light came on. After i parked the car for a few hours the all the lights including check engine light turned off but this problem continues to gappen when i reach a speed around 80mph.

When this happens and the lights are on, take the vehicle to a nationally recognized parts store and have them scan the computer for codes. It should indicate where the problem is coming from.

The code it reads is p0641

P0641 Sensor Ref Voltage A Circ/Open

That is the only info I can find on this code. It is extremely vague
