"My 2009 Chevy Cobalt LT hit a bump at 30 miles per hour. It stopped and would not start. All electrical lights, radio, windows works except starter. It will not crank with the keys. Bypassed the electric selenoid and the starter works, but will not start the engine. Battery is good, but when I try to crank, all light dim. Tried with my 2 keys with a chip

If the lights dim, there is a draw on the battery. check wiring to the starter. Also, check the relay to see if it is working.
