2009 Chevrolet Cobalt Car Started Miss Out Low Rpm Between 1 2000 Anything

My car has started to miss out at low rpm, between 1 and 2000. anything above that, and it runs fine. The service engine light isn't on, but it is still misfiring, or seems to misfire..what could be the cause?
