Cluncking in steering column

Cluncking in steering column. How costly on repair? I was checking and this and power steering problems seem to be common in this model.

There is a shaft that has a joint that locks up. It is the lower shaft and may be the issue. The part is about 200 and the labor is 1 hour. This is assuming that is the issue but you need to have someone confirm it before jumping into a repair.
