2009 Bmw 335 Car Parked Two Hours Came Out Windsheild Had Snow Ice On Let Warm

I car was parked for like two hours when I came out the windsheild had snow and ice on it let the car warm up wipers were working fine and then they got stuck and then few mins later they worked again they wouldn't shut off then they stopped again now they are stuck in the run position please help me out someone please

Somehow the speed controller has gone bad. The other possibiblity is the multi-function switch on the steering coulmn, but sinc e the wipers were being forced I believe the speed controller is at fault.

You can always pull the fuse until you get it fixed.
