misfire on 1 and 3

i just changed the coil on 3 and all spark plugs and now the code is reading 1 and 3 are misfiring again. what does it mean, that 3 is broken again..thank you

Check and test the cam and crankshaft sensor-also injector 1/3

You need to replace #1 and #3 injector (Personally I would replace all four because you must remove the intake manifold in order to do this job.)

Also, once you remove the intake manifold you must to a carbon clean on the intake valves, these are both causing the vehicle to mis-fire, if the ignition coils and spark plugs tested fine.
