12v outlets do not work. checked the manual for this and followed it to the passenger side fuse box B. seen there was no fuses in the slot for the front or the rear. I took another fuse and just tried to do a quick swap but then realized there were no connectors in either slot. what can I do now?

I think the issue is that you are looking on fuse panel B when I show that these outlets are on panel c and d. I attached the info for your review.

Here are some guides that will help test these fuses:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-a-car-fuse

However, if you found a fuse location that has no metal terminals for a specific location then that component for that fuse is not equipped on the vehicle. This is either correct for this vehicle or someone has changed this fuse panel with the wrong one for this vehicle.

Let us know if you have other questions. Thanks
