2008 Volkswagen Passat clutch master cylender failure

My clutch master cylender has failed3 times,, it keeps splitting, also replace slave cylender but master cylender keeps failing
Any advice would be appreciated

the clutch pressure plate is the failure here. it is requiring too much pressure to make it move

you most likely will need to replace the clutch assembly, master cylinder and slave cylinder.
