Wont crank the engine over?

When the key is in the ignition and turned to on the only light on the dash is the DRL light. battery has 12.7 volts. I have checked all fuses including high amp strip fuses and all are intact. Plus all accessories function: wipers, radio, heater, heated seats, etc. There has to be a common denominator here.

Hello,

It sounds like you have an issue with the power supply relay.
That relay is located under the hood fuse box (see picture below).
When that relay goes bad it typically triggers the no light on the dash.

Check that relay. You can test is as well:
