I am someone who doesn't know anything about cars, but am wanting to learn about them! I am tired of not understanding why things need to be fixed, and i don't have the confidence to know IF they do in fact need to be fixed.

I just bought a 2008 VW Golf and i am told the rear right caliper needs to be changed. Is that something that I need to changed ASAP, or can i wait a few weeks/months?

Thanks!

If it is leaking or seized and not working correctly, it should be rectified ASAP, if in doubt get a second opinion.
