My car is making a clunking noise and also a sound like metal hitting together when I go over a bump. also when I hit the brakes from like 60 MPH they shake so bad. Any clue what these things could be?

The braking problem is likely warped brake rotors. Related to that, sometimes brake pads become loose and can rattle. The clue is the noise will stop when you apply light pressure to the brake pedal. If the noise continues, an inspection at a tire and alignment shop is in order.
