steering feel not smooth during high speed or low speed cornering

front tyre replaced with new tyre after found it one sided wear.

all were done at toyota service centre.tehcnician advice me there is no problem at all.but only me can feel the 'tickling' on the steering when cornering.they also test drive my car to detect the problem.

If one side of the tires is wearing, it needs aligned.

aligned was done after tyre replacement.but still the problem persist
