2008 Toyota Rav4 You Turn Off Key There Buzzing Noise Bottom Transmission Pan

when you turn off the key there is a buzzing noise in the bottom of the transmission pan and it keeps buzzing, The battery runs down overnight. I was wondering if anybody has come across this probelm before?
