2008 Toyota Lexon Car Quit Driveway Checked Battery Ground Terminal Corroded

car quit in the driveway checked battery the ground terminal was corroded badly cleaned it up put in new battery still would not start put on jumper cables still wouldn't even turn over, although all the lights came on with the jump suspect starter but car not that old any fuses or relay switches I should be checking?
