2008 Toyota Highlander clunk

2008 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER
102,000 MILES • 3.0L • V6 • AUTOMATIC

When I brake, not always but sometimes, there is a loud clunk noise when seems to come from underneath the car on the driver side, even underneath the driver seat area.
Should this be of concern. It has done this for awhile.
Brake lines recently bled due to dirty fluid found in 19-point inspection while changing oil.

Any unexplained noises should be a concern. It sounds like you have a suspension component shifting around likely due to a bad bushing. It needs to be inspected by a suspension specialist to find the problem.
