Car making noise, dealer said it was serpentine belt?

car making noise, dealer said it was serpentine belt, replaced it, noise is getting worse, they say nothing is wrong with it. seems like it is using or loosing antifreeze

It could be one of the pulleys that the belt drives that is making a noise.
