WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO REPLACE MY LAMPS,
CAN I REPACE THE LAMPS WITHOUT TAKING OFF THE LAMP ASSY.

The headlights have to be removed for replacement of the bulbs. I have emailed the procedures to you.

Is it possibe to get a copy of the correct procedures to replace the light bulbs on a 2008 Toyota Avalon Limited.

Call your toyota dealership and have them access TSB 0044-10. They are required to replace BOTH headlight assemblies entirely. My 2008 Avalon Limited had the driver side high beam, daytime running light and auto self leveler actuator went out. Took them about an hour to replace. Their cost was $2,300. Warranty extended for headlights to 5 year, 70,000 miles. Hope this helps.
