When turning left, my vehicle has a very fast clicking sound that comes from the front right side of the car, and then the sound goes away when straightening the car and driving straight. Any ideas to what this could be?

My car also sputters (jerks back and forth) when it hits about 30 mph, but stops after going faster. Any ideas to what this could be?
