What could cause AC to stop cooling?

Temp door is functioning, fuses are good, gauge on Low side while running with ac on reads 100 p.s.i., compessor engages when ac button is pushed.

maybe bad compressor. low side is supposed to be 30

system pressure equalizes at 100+ when COMPRESSING is not working.
