The vibrations in my 08 Suzuki Forenza subside when I shift to Neutral what does this mean. The vibrations are really bad in reverse and idle..

Do you feel them in neutral, moving and the engine at an idle?

It sounds like a collapsed motor mount that is allowing engine vibration to transfer through the vehicle. I am assuming the check engine light hasn't come on indicating a possible misfire. Have the mounts checked to see if they are still good.
