Once I parked the car and try to start. I am so surprise to see that car,s electric system totally off.when I saw the fuse box and touch it car started and later on again repeated mean every thing stop.plz solve it

Very common problem on all cars, and you unwittingly found it already. Follow the smaller positive battery wire to the fuse box and be sure that connection is clean and tight.
