sometimes gives orange color warning light

I have skoda octavia1.9tdi.when i accrelate the race pedal quickly on highway,sometimes it gives the orange color warning light signal(control system for exhaust).i drove thousand of miles but never faced from any big problem due to warning light.please tell me what to do?
